ENERGY. E’ un ciclo energizzante che emette colori caldi con sfumature che vanno dal bianco al rosso, passando per l’arancio, con picchi di verde intenso L’effetto delle frequenze dai 590 ai 680 nm è di donare energia e vitalità all’organismo.
RELAX. E’ un ciclo rilassante che emette colori freddi con sfumature che vanno dal bianco al blu, passando per l’azzurro, con picchi di viola associati all’arancione. L’effetto delle frequenze dai 400 ai 490 nm è di favorire la distensione ed il rilassamento abbattendo ansia e stress.
